It was produced by Terrytoons, a division of CBS Films Inc., and distributed by Ken Films. The box indicates a copyright of 1962. The film reel itself appears to be in good condition, housed in a sturdy cardboard box. The box shows some signs of age and wear consistent with its vintage, including some edge wear and discoloration.
